Retreat Coordinator

A lifelong environmentalist, Sierra believes that elevating environmental consciousness on a societal scale begins with healing our individual relationships with nature. Her innate connection to the earth inspires others to explore their own connection to the land. Devoted to supporting women and mothers, she facilitates monthly women’s circles in her community. She hopes to be a lighthouse for those navigating the waters of returning home to themselves. Sierra first discovered The Uplands Center as a senior at Colgate University studying Environmental Biology. As one of The Uplands’ first interns, she fell in love with the mission, the team, and the land. Now serving as Retreat Coordinator, Sierra manages the booking process and offers her warm, grounded presence at retreats. You will often find her wandering the land barefoot, sipping cacao, and admiring the beauty all around her. She is honored to be a steward of The Uplands’ vision.
