Plan your ideal retreat with us! The Uplands offers optimal retreat flexibility, from highly structured schedules to unstructured days free of time-bound commitments.

Below is an example retreat weekend to give you a sense of the windows of time within which to co-create your retreat activities. We will happily collaborate with you to design a retreat agenda that optimizes your goals while honoring the need for ease and openness.
