What to Pack
Make sure your stay with us is comfortable! (Note: The pool, jacuzzi and sauna area is mixed gender and so a bathing suit is required.)

Lightweight layers for cooler temperatures in the evenings
Rain jacket in the event of inclement weather
Sunglasses, hat, and sunscreen
Winter
Snow boots, snowshoes or cross-country ski equipment
Warm outdoor clothing
General
Comfortable informal clothing
Exercise clothing for yoga and movement modalities
Bathing suit for pool, and if you wish, cap and goggles. (Towels are provided.)
Hairdryer, if you use one
Indoor shoes or slippers for house and pool area
Footwear appropriate for day hikes (sneakers are fine)
Personal water bottle
