Day Retreats
The Uplands provides free day retreats for local organizations that are dedicated to caring for others or advancing a positive change in our community. In addition to strategic planning or group work, day retreats can include a variety of activities such as team building games, yoga or mindful movement, nature-based experiences, group creative art sessions, and delicious garden-to-table food.
